Green Envy Cosmetics are made fresh to order. Usually orders are shipped within a 2-5 days. Please check the shipping time when you making a purchase. Most of out orders are shipped by USPS, even the orders from Canada. . This is because we want to offer cheaper shipping prices and Canada Post is very expensive. Orders from BC and AB are shipped by Canada Post. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are back ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back ordered item(s) become available.
Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it. If an item is returned to us for any other reason it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent we can refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office. After that, it is completely out of our control.
