Shipping Policy
We will use standard postal services.
Once your order is shipped, we can provide you with a tracking id to enter in Canada Post’s tracking system IF the order is shipped using expedited tracking services.
Refund Policy
We stand behind all of our products 100%.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unused product within 60 days of placing your order, by sending it back.
Warranty: Because most of our lures are handcrafted and assembled by hand, there are times when accuracy may not be 100% – we are only human, after all. But, in saying that, if you receive one that is in any way defective, we will happily replace it with another lure, at no charge to you!
Returns and exchanges are not prepaid, the customer is responsible for return shipping, with the exception of warranty issues.
