Kids Cooking Spring Break Camp at Well Fed Studio

How amazing would it be to have your kids cook a meal (or two, or three) for a change? North Vancouver’s Well Fed Studio is bringing back their ever-popular Spring Break Kids Cooking Camps for younger culinarians aged 7 – 12 years old.
While the goal is to get kids cooking from scratch and teaching them technical kitchen skills, Well Fed offers a fun and safe environment that also helps them develop a lifelong joy of cooking while encouraging food experimentation.
This year’s theme, “Exploration of Food through your five senses” will have your aspiring chefs creating simple meals that are well-balanced, favourful and made from whole foods.
From homemade cream puffs, to Korean Japchae and oven baked polenta fries, new skills will be learned in each class and different cooking methods like baking and stir-frying will be introduced as well. All the food prepared in class will be eaten for lunch, so no need to pack a lunch!
