Grain Free Breakfast Cookie


Grain-free berry breakfast (a n y t i m e) cookies . .

Yeah you read right, GRAIN-FREE!!!

These beauties are marvellously easy to make. They store well and freeze like a dream.

Perfect for breakfast, snack and for a healthy treat. .

Here’s what you need 👇🏽

2 ripe mashed bananas
2 eggs
2 tbsp – Rawsome @nowfoodsofficial ( or ground chia or flax)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup dried berries ( I use blueberries and cherries)
3/4 cup roughly chopped pecans
1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower or both)
1/2 cup coconut flakes (I use unsweetened flaked)
1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl, mix together, drop by a spoonful onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until they are slightly browned.
