Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients

1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
1/2 apple, sliced and peel removed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
walnuts for topping (optional)
greek yogurt or vegan yogurt for topping (optional)

Directions

In a mason jar, add the oats, quinoa, maple syrup, touch of cinnamon and almond milk. Stir until well combined.

Add the apple slices and a touch more cinnamon.

Finish with the walnuts  & yogurt (if using) and store in the fridge overnight.
